Found this little gem when visiting foster city before the 4th of July fire works. Space inside is big with lots of seating as well as patio seating. I tried the Penelope's Samoas iced and I will say the coffee is great here. You still taste the coffee with just the right amount of sweetness from the chocolate and coconut flakes. We also tried the lemon poppy seed muffin and that itself was moist and flavorful. The cashier was nice even though they closed early due to the holiday she still let us order with 5 minutes before closing. She was nice and friendly and she made our drinks!

Penelope's is such a cute coffee and breakfast spot in foster city! I didn't realize they had proper breakfast here, but we came last weekend and we had the Womlette which is clearly a waffle maker omelette! It was good, a little dry but still hot the spot before our hike. Will definitely come here again to support local business instead of going to Starbucks !
